Entry Form

At Cape Town Art Fair’s core is the Main Section, combining leading galleries from South Africa, the continent and the international art world, showing the best of contemporary art.

Past/Modern is a section dedicated to presentations of up to three historically significant artists who practiced in the 20th century.

Curated by Fair Curator Tumelo Mosaka, Tomorrows/Today is dedicated to galleries with an experimental approach, applying with solo presentations by emerging artists from around the world.

This section of the Cape Town Art Fair showcases leading galleries and workshops that specialize in prints, multiples and editions.

A platform for established and emerging artists to present sculpture, installation, performance and new media artworks that offer a more ambitious, more conceptual insight into their practice. The section is open to solo artist presentations that are large in scale, site-specific, and interactive, defying the limitations of the traditional fair booth.

Newly introduced to CTAF is Solo, a curated section of solo presentations by established and emerging artists, working locally and internationally. The section will have a focus on female artists, with the aim of creating a platform for the widespread social and political issues faced by women globally, as well as highlighting the contribution of women to the art world.
